Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Unipixo websites, games, mobile applications and related services, collectively called the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled.
Service Operator
The Service is operated by MotiWorks s.r.o., Zbýšovská 931, Rosice u Brna, 665 01, Czech Republic, company ID 03105458. In these Terms, "Unipixo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to MotiWorks s.r.o. operating under the Unipixo brand.
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the website, installing a game, playing a game or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Age Requirements
The Service is not intended for children under 13 unless allowed by applicable law and appropriate parental or guardian consent has been provided. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for the activity of minors who use the Service through their devices or accounts.
Use of the Service
Unipixo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes. You agree to use the Service only through authorized platforms, websites, app stores and features made available by Unipixo or our platform partners.
Your Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate or mislead other people.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, modify gameplay or interfere with fair use of the Service.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service except where allowed by law.
- Upload, transmit or distribute malware, harmful code, spam or unlawful content.
- Use Unipixo names, logos, game assets, trademarks or other intellectual property without permission.
Accounts, Progress and Platform Services
Some parts of the Service may depend on app stores, game platforms, cloud saves, analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks, payment providers or other third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we use them only as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to operate, secure, improve or monetize the Service.
Payments and Virtual Items
Where purchases, subscriptions, downloadable content, in-game currency, virtual items or advertising rewards are offered, they are provided for personal entertainment within the Service. Unless required by law or by the applicable platform rules, purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual items do not represent money, property or stored value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed, suspended or removed as part of operating or updating the Service.
User Content and Feedback
If you submit messages, feedback, bug reports, ideas, support requests or other content to Unipixo, you are responsible for what you submit and must have the necessary rights to share it. You allow us to use that content as needed to respond to you, provide support, improve the Service, develop products and protect the Service. Please do not send confidential business information unless we have agreed to receive it.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including games, software, designs, artwork, text, logos, audio, code, systems and other materials, is owned by Unipixo, MotiWorks s.r.o. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe that these Terms have been violated, if continued access could harm the Service, other users or third parties, or if we discontinue part of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to the Service
Unipixo is an independent studio and the Service may change as games and features evolve. We may add, modify, balance, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including content, availability, platform support, pricing, virtual items, events and technical requirements.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it secure and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or available in every location. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unipixo and MotiWorks s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or service interruption arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

If you believe that material in the Service infringes your rights, please contact us with enough information to identify the material, explain your claim and reach you. We may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts according to applicable law.
